From Vision to Practice: Police Abolition in PA [Webinar]
The webinar “From Vision to Practice: Police Abolition in PA” was hosted on Thursday, May 28th. The objective was to provide an overview of the harms policing has done to communities, how to reduce police power and non-policing methods of reducing and preventing violence. The conversation featured the following people, all whom have been and are engaged in community work in Pennsylvania.

The offering was organized by Dustin Gibson, Saleem Holbrook (Abolitionist Law Center) and Vivek Kembaiyan (Penn Law Student) - who also served as moderators. Dana Bishop-Root also assisted in the chat moderation of the webinar. The artwork was an adaptation of Emory Douglas’ Paper Boy Remix, 2013.
